Vampires are stronger than normal humans. And you're both stronger than normal humans to start with.

Having one vampire feed from another seems counter-productive, though. It might just end up making the one fed from hungry in return?

I'm going to donate blood in the med bay, should either of you need it.

Just don't go too hungry too long. That's when it can get dangerous. You might not be thinking straight.

I know LILITH says they're working on it, but who knows how long it could take.

[ It doesn't take Yuji long to get there, thanks to both speed and teleportation, and soon enough he is sliding the door open and slipping inside. Kicking his shoes off, he wobbles over and collapses down onto Raidou's bed without too much hesitation. ]

[Raidou's sitting in bed with a school book, as usual. It's either that or farming recently, but he's having a hard time focusing on anything since they got back from Romania. He looks tired, but Yuji is greeted with a warm smile, wiggling over to make some room.]

Hey. So you're feeling alright so far?

[ Yuji's immediately sinking closer, to wrap his arms around his boyfriend and try to actively shove his face into his neck to relax there and find some kind of peace. ]

I'm just tired.

[Raidou sets the book aside, gladly letting himself be enveloped as he does the same to Yuji.]

Me too.

[Sleep has been almost impossible to come by since they got back. He's doing better than he was in the direct aftermath, but too much feels so uncertain. He sighs, trying to relax. Now that Yuji's here, he'll be able to get closer to doing so.]

How are Nananmi and Choso? I've checked in on them, but...

[Well, Yuji has been spending a lot more time with them, obviously. Typical Raidou, checks in to make sure they're okay, if they need anything, but not wanting to outstay his welcome or intrude. In the end, it was Choso who ended up comforting Raidou, too.]

[ It's easier, to wrap himself around Raidou and try to find some strength to let himself relax and breathe, to let himself find comfort. His fingers stroke gently across the other boy's body, absently relearning the shape of him. ]

Choso is doing better than Nanamin, I think, but I don't know if either of them want to talk to me. I think they're trying to protect me from whatever happened to them.

[ As if he can't handle it. ]

[It's hard not to notice the subtle effects the vampirism has on Yuji; the skin being colder to the touch, for one thing. It won't scare Raidou off by any means, but he can tell. A hand runs up and down Yuji's back idly, soothingly.]

I can't even imagine what they went through down there. They may talk about it, in time. They might not. Everyone handles these things differently.

[Part of it is probably protection, too. As if they don't feel guilty enough for not being able to get to the kidnappees sooner.]
